The CSR will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving concerns. Requirements

Previous customer service experience is required, preferably in the pest control or service industry.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and active listening skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other standard office tools.
A positive, customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Dependability and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn about pest control services and industry standards.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages professionally and courteously.
Assist customers with questions regarding pest control services, pricing, and treatment options.
Resolve customer concerns effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
Schedule pest control appointments and route technicians efficiently.
Confirm and remind customers of upcoming service appointments.
Monitor the daily schedule to ensure timely service delivery.
Promote and upsell additional services or maintenance plans.
Provide accurate information on service packages, warranties, and terms.
Process service agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
Maintain accurate customer records in the company database.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
Generate and review service reports for accuracy.
Communicate effectively with technicians and management to ensure seamless operations.
Provide feedback on customer trends and recurring issues to improve processes.
