About The Position

Integrated Insurance Solutions is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to keep our office running smoothly. This role is central to our day-to-day operations, supporting both our agents and our clients.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior office administration or customer service experience preferred
• Insurance industry experience a plus, but not required
• Professional, friendly demeanor with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients calling or visiting the office
• Manage phones, scheduling, and general office correspondence
• Process policy documents, endorsements, and renewals
• Support agents with administrative tasks related to client accounts
• Maintain accurate and organized client files and records
• Handle incoming mail, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
• Order office supplies and help maintain a professional office environment
• Assist with special projects as assigned
