About The Position
TempToFT HT Staffing is partnering with one of our top clients in search for a few Strong Customer Service Reps. We are hiring for the following positions: CSR Rep Hours are 8:50-5:30 M-F. Bilingual CSR (must be able to read, speak, and write fluent Spanish) Hours are 10:30 PM-7:30 PM. Pay is $11 an hour. We are looking for candidates that have strong communication and typing skills, along with a solid work history, professional in appearance and manner.
Requirements
- Candidates that are applying for the bilingual CSR must be fluent in Spanish (Speak, read, write)
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Type a minimum of 45 WPM- Qualified candidates will be tested on skills
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong Customer Service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Answer in-bound calls from internal and external customers
- Assist customers with requests and/or problems in a polite and courteous manner
- Process web and e-mail inquiries
- Data entry
- Complete tasks from management in a timely manner
