U-Haul is seeking friendly, motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the face of U-Haul's exceptional service, working as part of a supportive team to assist customers with their equipment needs and ensure they have everything required for their journeys. Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining equipment, using technology to dispatch and return equipment, and providing excellent customer service. This position offers on-the-job training, with the possibility to start immediately and get paid daily. U-Haul offers two hands-on working interviews, with payment for each, and a $100 hiring bonus. An additional $300 cash bonus is available upon completion of the U-Haul Equipment Inspection and Verification through the 1-2-3 Punch Certification Program at retail stores. Availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays is required.
