Our Blood Institute is looking for a Customer Service Representative to interact with the public on an individual basis for the purpose of gaining commitment to support The Blood Institute's lifesaving mission. This position will work 40 hours per week while working from home. A successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a pleasant voice and professional manner, and the ability to effectively communicate and speak clearly to the public over the phone. Candidates must also have home internet and a cell phone; Our Blood Institute will provide a computer for work purposes.
