Join the Northbrook Park District team as a Customer Service Representative and help us create exceptional experiences for our community every day! This position is responsible for receiving and responding to inquiries from patrons, entering data into registration software System, processing registration transactions and handling questions and concerns while engaging with the public throughout the facility. Serves as the first point of contact for Community Center visitors, creating a welcoming environment and proactively assisting with any customer service needs. Provides clerical and general office support to building staff. Demonstrates commitment to the Mission, Vision and Guiding Principles of the Park District. Work location and hours may vary; evening or weekend work may be required.
