About The Position

First Choice Coffee Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support its office coffee services business. The role handles customer communications and orders, coordinates delivery and service activities, maintains customer accounts and payment records, and supports sales and administrative processes. The position works with Route Drivers, Service Technicians, and branch personnel to address customer needs and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of office experience.

Responsibilities

Process incoming calls and emails, including customer orders submitted by telephone, email, and fax.
Relay customer concerns and requests related to products, services, and equipment to appropriate Daiohs team members in a timely manner.
Generate daily manifests for Route Drivers and Service Technicians using company computer software.
Check in with Route Drivers at the end of the workday and reconcile customer funds received during deliveries.
Dispatch Service Technicians for repair calls and coordinate service installations.
Make regular calls to accounts with outstanding balances and help maintain accounts receivable over 60 days and attrition at five percent or less.
Process and apply payments to customer accounts.
Communicate sales leads to appropriate branch personnel.
Provide backup support for daily sales reports, bank accounts, and month-end processes when the supervisor is absent.
Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Develop and demonstrate thorough knowledge of company products, services, and pricing.
Solicit sales from customers during promotions.
