About The Position

This position performs various types of customer service duties and supports the daily operations of the Office of Parking and Transportation. The individual assigned to this position would be responsible for assisting in monitoring new student employees.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years (36 months) of college coursework in business administration, communications, public relations or a closely related field, or responsible work experience in customer services, public relations, office administration, business and financial operations, healthcare administration or other closely related experience. (30 semester hours equals one year, Associate’s Degree equals 18 months, 90 semester hours equals two years, Bachelor’s degree equals three years).

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures.
  • Experience working on computers and with basic computer software.
  • General knowledge of two-way radio, calculator, copy machine.
  • Experience with cash handling and monetary transactions.
