Requirements

• Customer service experience in a call center environment
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping people

Nice To Haves

• Inside Sales or Customer Escalation team experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Master our call script to sound like a pro and delight our customers!
• Turn incoming and outgoing calls into booked service appointments.
• Keep our customer database up-to-date with accurate information.
• Constantly Communicate with your dispatch and leadership teams.
• Multitask like a champ and tackle any other duties that come your way.
