About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced store environment, providing friendly customer service and helping maintain store standards. You will greet customers, operate the register, cashier, suggest purchases, and sometimes work with the food program. The role involves working throughout the store, both indoors and outdoors, and collaborating with an energetic team to complete daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The position offers task variety, paid comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
