About The Position

We are seeking a driven and personable Order Management Associate who takes ownership, demonstrates resourcefulness, and delivers a high level of accuracy in order processing. This role is a key point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, first-class order management experience.

Requirements

3 years of order management and customer service experience.
ERP system experience for order entry (SAP, Oracle, Syteline, or similar).
Experience in manufacturing, ideally with exposure to shipping, production, or planning.
Strong understanding of order processing workflows.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter and validate customer orders within an ERP system.
Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and resolve exceptions.
Process all orders within a 48-hour turnaround time.
Monitor orders and manage updates, revisions, cancellations, and credits.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, confirmations, and related documentation.
Respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding orders, products, and services.
Manage customer inquiries related to returns, exchanges, and order modifications.
Collaborate with production, planning, shipping, sales, logistics, and finance teams.
Support dealer network inquiries (no direct end-consumer interaction).
Participate in a structured 45–60 day training program before handling phone queue responsibilities.
