About The Position

Elite Spice, a leading spice importer and manufacturer, is seeking a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role requires an enthusiastic individual who can professionally address a variety of customer needs while maintaining a high level of respect for both customers and colleagues. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to maintain punctuality and work assigned schedules
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic math and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data entry

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls and emails regarding order placement, inquiries, and invoicing
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track orders from entry through shipment
  • Follow up promptly on customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, contracts, shipping, and tracking
  • Maintain and update customer information in internal systems and Excel
  • Collaborate daily with the sales team regarding customer accounts
  • Support other Customer Service team members as needed
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and responsibilities
