Through virtual Zoom consultations, you’ll help support families while developing valuable communication, leadership, and client service skills.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with Zoom and virtual tools

Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Responsibilities

Meet with clients through phone and Zoom consultations to better understand their needs and provide professional support.
Educate clients on available coverage options clearly, professionally, and confidently.
Develop trust and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and exceptional service.
Manage your schedule, appointments, and workflow while collaborating with a supportive remote team.
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities.
