Through virtual Zoom consultations, you’ll help support families while developing valuable communication, leadership, and client service skills.

Requirements

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with Zoom and virtual tools

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

  • Leadership experience is a plus, but not required. Full training and mentorship are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients through phone and Zoom consultations to better understand their needs and provide professional support.
  • Educate clients on available coverage options clearly, professionally, and confidently.
  • Develop trust and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and exceptional service.
  • Manage your schedule, appointments, and workflow while collaborating with a supportive remote team.
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities.
