About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing healthcare and medical equipment organization supporting patients and customers with their home medical supply needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong customer service experience who are looking for a stable, long-term position with growth potential. You'll work directly with customers, educate them on products and services, process orders, and help ensure they receive the support they need.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
• Comfortable handling incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
• Experience working with multiple computer systems and software applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare, medical equipment, respiratory therapy, nursing, or related fields
• Familiarity with home medical products and services
• Experience educating customers on products and services
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and make recommendations to customers

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and requests
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Educate patients and customers on medical products and equipment
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter customer information and order details into company systems
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist customers with product availability, pricing, and general inquiries
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, stocked, and presentable
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Perform additional duties as assigned
