Requirements

  • High school diploma or similar.
  • Prior phone customer service experience
  • Experience working with CRM technologies to track interactions.
  • Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.
  • Deadline-driven, and willing to work additional hours.
  • Sound technical knowledge.
  • The ability to multitask effectively.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills, as well as great telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to memorize details like product specifications.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong growth mindset.
  • English proficiency is a requirement for all roles unless stated otherwise in the job posting.

Responsibilities

  • Answer Incoming phone inquiries from Members, Providers and Agents.
  • Pull and review information in our customer relations management (CRM) system.
  • Escalate calls to different partners based on our standard procedures.
  • Organize daily activities based on the goals of the organization.
  • Work to exceed published production, quality and identified goals.
  • Respond to customer submitted support requests, as needed.
  • Assist Supervisor with communicated tasks in supporting customers.
  • Answer all product-related questions in a polite manner and address queries promptly.
  • Work collaboratively across multiple functional departments in the organization.
  • Identify ways to improve the support provided to our customers.
