About The Position

We’re looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join the team at the Springfield location at 544 W Jefferson St. As the face of the organization, the representative helps ensure customer satisfaction while supporting pizza restaurant operations. Duties include answering phone calls and taking orders, preparing pizzas and other menu items to company standards, processing transactions, providing customer service, maintaining a clean work environment, and collaborating with team members.
