The company is seeking a polite, professional Customer Service Representative to collaborate with team members in delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, aiming to provide a positive experience for each caller. The representative will listen to clients to understand their needs, address questions or complaints, and offer accurate and efficient solutions. This position is based in-person at their Tallahassee office.
