About The Position

WSL Services is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service / Showroom Sales Representative to join our team. This position combines customer service, showroom sales, and inside sales responsibilities. The successful candidate will assist customers with product selection, process orders, prepare quotes, and support daily service center operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service, retail sales, showroom sales, or inside sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, by phone, and through email.
Provide product information and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
Prepare and follow up on customer quotes.
Process orders accurately and efficiently.
Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to support repeat business.
Assist walk-in customers with product selection and purchases.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Resolve customer concerns and service issues in a professional manner.
Maintain showroom displays, pricing, and overall appearance.
Support inside sales efforts by identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Perform administrative and operational duties as assigned.
