Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of excellent customer service office-based experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic math skills and multitasking
- Clear communication skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation
- A team-player attitude dedicated to team success
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the glass, construction, or banking industry preferred (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Process high-volume customer orders and change notices accurately and efficiently
- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and copying
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to track orders and handle special product or order requests
- Answer and direct customer phone calls and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Meet the needs of internal and external customers with efficiency and courtesy.
- Answer and direct customer phone calls and/or emails to all appropriate Hartung contacts.
