About The Position

This is an outdoor, multi-function role at Avis Budget Group's airport locations, where you will assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process. The role involves checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in vehicles at return. You will provide professional, friendly customer service to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer. Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
• A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences
• Strong customer service skills, including professionalism, patience, and clear communication
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
