About The Position

Join AbbyBank as a Customer Support Specialist and play an important role in supporting our customers with their everyday banking needs—from digital banking to account support and problem resolution. This position can be based in either our Abbotsford or Medford office.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to problem solve, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems
A team player who enjoys working collaboratively

Nice To Haves

Banking or customer service experience preferred, but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, timely support to customers over the phone and in person
Assist with account-related needs including transfers, debit cards, online banking, and general inquiries
Research and resolve customer questions, errors, and fraud concerns
Process transactions such as ACH, wires, and electronic transfers with a high level of accuracy
Support daily operational tasks including reports, document imaging, and procedure updates
Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately while maintaining a positive, helpful experience
Participate in a rotating schedule for extended hours (until 6:00 PM on Fridays and occasional Saturday mornings)
