About The Position

SpartanX is seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support homeowners throughout the residential solar process. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound communication, assisting homeowners with project-related questions, and helping ensure a smooth customer experience from installation through system activation and service support. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, communicates professionally, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage customer interactions while coordinating with multiple internal departments. This role plays a critical part in protecting homeowner experience and supporting operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with homeowners in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and text
  • Answer customer questions regarding project timelines, scheduling, inspections, service, and system activation
  • Coordinate with operations, scheduling, permitting, service, and installation teams to provide accurate updates
  • Document homeowner communication and account activity within company systems
  • Assist with resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Escalate operational or service-related issues when necessary
  • Support appointment confirmations, reschedules, and project follow-ups
  • Maintain professional communication standards while representing SpartanX
  • Help improve customer satisfaction by providing clear and timely communication
