Requirements

• Customer service experience (appliances/service industry is a plus)
• Strong communication skills (English required, Spanish is a big plus)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases
• Comfortable dealing with frustrated customers and solving problems
• Tech-friendly (CRM, Google tools, spreadsheets)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
• Manage service cases from start to finish (not just “log and forget”)
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to resolve issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure things actually get fixed
• Keep clear, organized notes in our system
