About The Position

Parkview Health Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls for new and refill prescriptions. This role involves troubleshooting issues, coordinating billing, and documenting all interactions in the pharmacy system. The position is full-time, with shifts available Monday-Friday from 2pm-10pm, including rotating Saturdays. A shift differential is included. Part-time shifts are also available from 8am-1pm or 5pm-10pm, 4-5 days a week.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort using pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year pharmacy or customer service experience preferred (varies by role).

Nice To Haves

  • Pharmacy experience preferred (required for some roles).
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for fulfillment roles.
