About The Position

Join our AR Services team and support patients as they navigate their medical bills. You’ll answer questions, clarify balances, and help find manageable solutions; All in a supportive, team-focused environment. No healthcare experience needed, we’ll train you. You’ll spend most of your day on the phone helping patients by answering calls, processing payments, and working toward team goals. Some calls are quick and straightforward, while others require more patience and attention. In every case, you’ll have the training, tools, and team support you need to succeed.

Requirements

• A passion for customer service
• Comfort using computers and navigating multiple screens while on a call
• Clear, confident communication with a calm and professional approach
• Dependability and reliability, with a strong team-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong computer and typing skills; comfortable using multiple programs at once
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay calm, patient, and professional when handling sensitive or emotional situations
