About The Position

Blue Flame Propane, Inc. seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Pewamo Bulk Plant. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders and payments, and performing various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Two years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Moderate data entry and computer skills required.
• Effective communication skills, friendly, organized, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Professionalism in handling customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, issue resolutions, and complaints.
• Assist customers at the counter.
• Fill Cylinders (reimbursement for every tank filled).
• Process customer orders.
• Posting payments daily in the computer system.
• Reconcile daily deposits.
• Filing and scanning documents.
• Greet visitors (customers, USPS, FedEx, UPS).
• Other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.
