About The Position

The Calibration Customer Service supports the Calibration Department by serving as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication, and maintaining detailed customer and job records throughout the calibration process. This role plays a critical part in delivering a positive customer experience by coordinating quotes, work orders, documentation, and invoicing preparation while collaborating closely with technicians, finance, quality, and internal teams. Success in this position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high communication volumes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using CRM and database systems within a customer service or sales environment is preferred.
  • Calibration-related systems is a plus.
