About The Position
This role involves making high-quality pizzas, ensuring proper food and portion control, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, and performing general cleaning duties. The representative will also be responsible for taking customer orders over the phone and in person, dealing with customer concerns, greeting customers promptly, upselling products, handling cash, keeping the customer area clean, and assisting pizza makers with toppings and dough.
