About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, serving customers and helping maintain store standards. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. Team members work throughout the store, both inside and outside, to provide fast, friendly customer service and keep the store looking its best. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and daily collaboration with an energetic team.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Communication skills and ability to engage in friendly conversation.
• Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
