Requirements

Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English and Spanish.
2 years of Customer Service experience
Typing and 10-key skills are required.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
High volume call center experience a plus
Experience with MS Word, Excel, and email preferred.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls to address concerns, accept payments, start, stop, or change services.
Communication with customers includes phone, email, or in person.
Record customer information into software and create work orders.
Maintain and update customer profiles, including but not limited to service pricing, billing address, email address, routing, sequencing, and container information.
Cover front desk / reception duties as needed.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members, operations, and maintenance department to resolve customer disputes
Demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems.
Effective use of software applications, at a minimum MS Word and Excel proficiency.
Work in a fast paced, cooperative, high call volume environment.
Promote additional services when appropriate.
