About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support our Richfield branch. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to resolve post-installation service needs, coordinate service appointments, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. This is a fast-paced customer service role focused on communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Assist customers with post-installation service requests
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate necessary follow-up
  • Order replacement parts through manufacturers when needed
  • Communicate schedule updates and service timelines to customers
  • Escalate urgent customer concerns to branch leadership when appropriate
