Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, client support, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in standard office software; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
• A genuine desire to help people and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, handling inbound calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide detailed information about our air quality testing, assessment, and consulting services.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with our technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Address and resolve client enquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues where necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our company database.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered to a high standard.
• Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
