About The Position

Responsible for interacting with customers, warehouse, brokers and sales staff regarding orders and deliveries.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
• Microsoft Office
• Entry level customer service experience.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary such as overtime and weekends.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Work with Customer Service Pool.
• Enter Customer purchase orders.
• Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries and complaints.
• Liaison for customer orders between all departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
