About The Position

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. This role offers the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate. The CSR will primarily handle endorsements, policy changes, and reviews of policy renewals, while providing backend administrative support. This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates located in Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Nebraska, or the Kansas City area.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Candidates must have a reliable home office setup.
Candidates are expected to provide their own equipment.
Teachable and eager to learn.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in underwriting, claims, or other insurance-related roles is advantageous but not required.
Familiarity with relevant software tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Process endorsements and policy changes efficiently and accurately.
Conduct reviews of policy renewals to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Provide backend administrative support to assist with daily operations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed.
