The Customer Service Representative will serve as the front line customer service provider and “first impression officer” by warmly greeting customers whether by phone or walk-in. This role is responsible for generating sales and rental revenue by providing a consultative sales approach. The representative will also handle small equipment sales, manage equipment rental guidelines and policies, and act as a liaison to the outside sales force. Additionally, they will ensure the store looks amazing by organizing the showroom and contributing ideas to improve the customer experience.
