About The Position

McDougall Energy is seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Hilltop Gas Station located at 26 Manitowaning Rd., Little Current, ON. Reporting to the Site Manager, this position is responsible for providing prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to all customers, maintaining a clean, safe, customer friendly work environment, ensuring all exterior store conditions are maintained to enhance the properties curb appeal, ensuring accurate operation of cashier systems, ensuring all paperwork submitted is accurate and balanced, adhering to all company policies and procedures as prescribed, and enforcing age verification for the sales of tobacco and lottery products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or working towards completion
• Friendly enthusiastic and customer service focused
• Takes pride in their work
• Superior customer service skills with a desire to be part of a performance-driven team
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service/retail preferred
