Requirements

  • Prior customer service or insurance experience preferred — but we'll train the right person
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
  • Proactive attitude and genuine desire to help people
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy changes, and billing
  • Handle inbound calls and correspondence with professionalism and care
  • Find solutions proactively — don't just answer questions, anticipate them
  • Collaborate with the team to make sure every client gets the right outcome
  • Stay current on products, carriers, and coverage options
