The representative must stay current with financial services, legal, and regulatory environments, maintain knowledge of personal banking products, and report suspicious activities related to money laundering. They are expected to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, protect bank assets, complete standardized tasks under supervision, and perform initial problem-solving while escalating as needed.
