Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in person and over the phone
  • Schedule repair appointments and manage daily workflow
  • Communicate repair updates to customers
  • Coordinate with insurance companies
  • Process paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service from drop-off to delivery
