About The Position

The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding support to our customers. This position involves actively addressing inquiries, effectively resolving issues, and fostering a positive customer experience at every interaction.

Requirements

  • HSD or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of AS400 is an asset.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in handling customer interactions via telephone and email.
  • Highly organized, self-starter, and detail oriented.
  • Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchase orders, including order entry, acknowledgment, part setup, and pricing verification.
  • Manage customer accounts and handle communications via phone and email.
  • Adapt and provide support for additional accounts as needed.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
  • Enter purchase order requisitions.
  • Report and resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain organized files.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
