About The Position

This is a full-time Customer Service Representative position with regular hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to make an impact. The position requires variety in daily tasks and involves interacting with customers, vendors, and sales members. Success in this role comes from attentive sourcing, accurate order entry, and timely follow-up. Requirements

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time
• Computer knowledge, in a Windows environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• High School Diploma required
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Experience in customer service office setting preferred

• P21 knowledge preferred
• Tooling knowledge preferred
• some college preferred

Responsibilities

• Customer interaction via telephone, and/or, in person
• Entering customer orders in ERP
• Quoting customer pricing, both verbally and electronically
• Expediting customer orders and direct purchase orders when customer inquires
• Negotiating pricing with customers and vendors
• Interaction with outside sales personnel
• Interaction with vendor representatives
• Pricing large spreadsheet type quote packages (Excel)
• Quick decision making ability
• Other duties, which may be assigned by manager
