Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, with occasional lifting up to 10lbs
- Evening and weekend work required
- Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
- Regular, reliable attendance required
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail or service-oriented business experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the condition and appearance of location
- Opening and closing duties
- Accountable for providing legendary customer service
- Assist customers as needed, including making change, providing bill changer information, offering recommendations/suggestions on products.
- Perform daily cleaning of all games
- Fixing game issues as needed, including ticket and token jams
- Other duties as assigned
- Regular/reliable attendance required
