Requirements

Good English communication skills.
Relevant experience in customer service and order entry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage customer enquiries and order requests via email.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Xero and/or EDI is preferred.

Responsibilities

Daily invoicing and Xero exporting.
Daily order confirmations emailed to clients.
Order importing from EDI sites.
Order entry from customer drawings.
Manual order entry from customer emails.
Respond to customer enquiries received through the shared sales inbox.
Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
