About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail environment, providing friendly customer service and supporting daily store operations. The role includes greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes assisting with the food program. Team members work in multiple areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance standards and serve customers promptly. The position involves regular, predictable onsite attendance and working with a team to complete daily tasks.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while contributing to a team and accomplishing daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
