As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, handling both advisory and commercial inquiries in a proactive and responsive manner. You will manage the full order lifecycle, from intake to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high level of service. You will support customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and addressing complaints, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring continuity of business. Working within a structured, process-driven environment, you will coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and up-to-date data management. Through your day-to-day interactions, you will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and achievement of commercial objectives.

Requirements

2–4 years of relevant customer service or order management experience
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
Experience working with structured processes, systems, and standard procedures
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve standard customer issues
Comfort working in a fast-paced, transactional environment
Basic knowledge of sales support and order coordination processes
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions
Candidates must be authorized to work in the country where the role is based as sponsorship is not available.
