About The Position

Join the team at White Family Collision Center as a full-time Customer Service Representative and become the first point of contact for our customers. We’re looking for someone who is organized, professional, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Comfortable working with phones, scheduling, and paperwork

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service, receptionist, dealership, or collision center experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department
  • Schedule collision estimates and repair appointments
  • Greet and assist customers in person
  • Check customers in for: Estimates, Scheduled repairs, Vehicle pickups
  • Manage daily repair scheduling flow
  • Coordinate rental vehicles as needed
  • Create repair folders and maintain customer paperwork
  • Ensure repair authorizations and required documents are completed
  • Make follow-up calls for appointments, parts verification, and estimate conversions
  • Collect payments and required signatures at vehicle delivery
  • Complete nightly deposit procedures
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming front office and waiting area
