We are seeking a highly professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as a key point of contact for our customers and help shape a positive experience with Four Hands. As part of the Sales Operations team, this individual will act as a trusted resource by resolving customer inquiries, providing helpful guidance, and delivering a consistent, high-touch service experience. The role also includes a variety of responsibilities that support accuracy, continuity, and operational excellence across the customer journey, including recognizing when to escalate more complex issues to the appropriate teams. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in representing the brand, exercises sound judgment, and can balance efficiency with genuine customer care.
