Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of call center, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred (HVAC/home services experience is a plus!).
- Energetic, friendly demeanor with clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking ability with effective time management skills.
- Comfort operating computers, multi-line phone systems, and scheduling software.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Regular, reliable attendance.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and conduct outbound outreach to schedule HVAC service, maintenance, and sales installation appointments.
- Provide precise appointment details to dispatchers, service technicians, and sales representatives to ensure seamless field operations.
- Reach out to recent customers post-service to gather feedback and guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate logs of call volume, booked appointments, and key customer interactions in our system.
