About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves serving customers and supporting store operations in multiple areas, both inside and outside the store, while maintaining store appearance and providing fast, friendly service. Team members receive comprehensive paid training and work with an energetic team.

Requirements

Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; this work requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide excellent customer care.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Communicate with customers and coworkers while helping the team accomplish daily tasks.
Use quick thinking and offer ideas to solve problems.
