Requirements
- Basic understanding of order entry and data management systems (Epicor Prophet 21 experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with small package shipping processes (UPS/FedEx) and basic LTL freight procedures.
- Strong phone communication skills and professional email writing abilities.
- Ability and willingness to learn about industrial products, applications, and supporting components.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily order entry from phone calls, emails, online orders, and faxed purchase orders.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding purchase orders, shipping and delivery schedules, special-order items, and pricing discrepancies.
- Assist customers with product selection based on application requirements and customer needs.
- Support day-to-day customer service activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Provide professional and responsive communication to customers through phone and email correspondence.
- Work collaboratively with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to support overall customer satisfaction.
